Get into the rhythm of knitting the Boho Beats Shawl, which mixes just the right amount of stitch variation with simple Stockinette and Garter to create a stylish accessory with texture and movement. Worked top-down with increases at the sides and center to make a traditional triangle shape, this shawl begins with a mini bobble motif before introducing a new technique featuring bound-off stitches that are then cast back on. It’s an easy method with pretty fabulous results — horizontal stitches juxtaposed with vertical ones. A stockinette panel adorned with fringe is followed by another horizontal stitch technique, and it’s all wrapped up with a three-tiered Garter triangle border adorned with tassels. The result is a statement piece that is as fun to wear as it was to make.
