US sizes: E-4, F-5, G-6, 7, H-8, I-9, J-10, K-10.5, L-11, M-13.
MM sizes: 3.5, 3.75, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 8, 9.

Each set also comes with your choice of case:
